Orders delivery:

The orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer, therefore, O-Clay is not responsible when the delivery can not be effected because the provided data are incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. In case the delivery address is incorrect or the addressee changes it afterwards, the forwarding expenses will be borne by customer. In the case that the order is rejected by the addressee or the addressee is absent, O-Clay assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the order value.

Delivery term

Typically, it takes us 24 hours to deliver your order, although, in some cases, it can delay. In case of orders for Balearic (3 - 4 working days), Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (up to 15 days) and international orders may take up to 20 days.

Delivery in Different Directions

Currently, we can only send the order to a delivery address. If you want to deliver it in various different directions, please, make a separate order for each address.

The return of the goods

- The return of an article:

If, when you receive your order, are not satisfied, you have a term of  (7) days from the date of receipt to implement the right of return (see Returns and Exchanges).

The personalized ítems / articles are not returnable.

Return from the shipping address:

In case of return, the direct cost of returning the article will be assumed by the client as reflected in the LGCU (General Law for Consumers and Users´ Defence ). This cost is the sum of the shipping charges and collection.

To make the return, the product must be in perfect conditions, in its original packing, with its promotional gifts and accessories included where appropriate. Once receipt the merchandise in our stores and after its status checking, we will proceed to the amount refund according to the method of payment used by the customer.

In any case, we´ll accept the return of defective products and incorrect shipments, O-Clay paying the shipments charge if the client communicates this within seven (7) days from the receipt date of the shipping.

* The shipment charges will be reimbursed only in the case of wrong shipment or defective products.
