GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

We only accept returns if a product arrives damaged due to the factory problems. You must contact within 24 hours after receiving the order.

Our products have the following guarantees:

1. Guarantee of origin. If at the time of receiving your product, it is broken, it will be replaced, completely free of charge for a new product within 7 days following the receipt thereof provided that the products have not been used. For this it is necessary to return the entire original material within seven days and that the goods not have been manipulated or altered and be in perfect conditions with all its original protective plastic or original packaging.

Previously, you should contact us, using the contact section of our website, to make us know about the defective product, to authorize your return and assign you a return number.

Pack the product in a sealed package and perfectly conditioned to prevent damages during the transport. Do not use adhesive tapes, or write on the original product packing. It is essential to certify the return number on the outside of the package and enclose a copy of the purchase invoice in it. We will send to the transportation agency to pick up the package and once reviewed the product and checked the defect, we will send a new product to the customer in the shortest time possible. Otherwise (ie if the product does not present any anomaly) the client will receive again the same product and, in this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

You can request your returns number via the contact section of our website. It is essential to certify the return number on the outside of the package.

Important: Do not accept any product that has suffered damage, however small, on the packaging or on the product itself. We recommend you not remove the protective plastic, if there are any, until check the perfect status of your item.

2. The guarantee of our product is only valid in the peninsula SPAIN.

3. No refunds, no guarantee allowed in shipments to BALEARES, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA.EUROPE, AND REST OF THE WORLD.
